Design, develop, test, and support power electronics control systems, embedded hardware, and grid connected converter technologies for high-power applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop power electronics controls and embedded systems.
- Support product design, testing, validation, and production activities.
- Perform engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and failure investigations.
- Develop and validate control algorithms for utility-connected systems.
- Maintain technical documentation and support customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with power electronics, embedded controls, microcontrollers, DSPs, and HIL platforms.
- Knowledge of grid-forming/following controls and communication protocols such as Modbus and CANbus.
Familiarity with standards including IEEE1547 and UL1741.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
