We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Division Manager to lead our hydraulics and fluid power division, with a strong emphasis on accumulators, pistons, and hydraulic components. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with proven business development and sales leadership experience to drive growth, optimize operations, and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute divisional strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability within the fluid power sector.
- Identify emerging trends in hydraulics and fluid power technologies and guide product and service innovation.
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales team focused on fluid power solutions including accumulators, pistons, and hydraulic systems.
- Cultivate relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users to expand the division's market footprint.
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of custom hydraulic solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum5 years of experience in fluid power, hydraulics, accumulators, or pistons.
- Proven track record in technical sales, business development, and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, applications, and industry standards.
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
