About the Role
You will be responsible for receiving shipments, organizing inventory, stocking shelves, and supporting daily store operations while helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Verify merchandise against shipment documentation.
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish inventory and ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock checks.
Organization & Merchandising
- Organize stockrooms and storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed.
- Rotate merchandise and maintain inventory according to company guidelines.
- Assist with promotional displays and seasonal merchandise changes.
Store Operations & Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockrooms and sales floor areas.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced merchandise.
- Support sales floor teams and assist customers when needed.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control standards.
