Retail Branch Manager - Exempt

This role is for a motivated leader who wants to drive success and help members reach their financial goals!

Your Mission (Position Purpose)

You will be the heartbeat of the branch! Your mission is to direct the day-to-day sales and operations, making sure our members have access to a full range of products through needs-based selling. You'll be the ultimate leader and coach, responsible for smashing branch sales, business, financial, and marketing goals. You'll also be the guardian of our service quality, internal controls, security, and the overall look of the branch.Your Superpowers (Job Duties include but not limited to):

• Strategic Visionary: Partner with your Regional Manager, VP Sales & Service, and Senior Team to develop and launch awesome branch sales plans.


• Operations Ace: Supervise daily workflow and scheduling to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.


• Problem Solver: Tackle and resolve sales-related challenges, implementing and monitoring quality plans to assure productivity and consistency.


• Team Player: Jump in to supervise and assist with both member services and teller functions as needed.


• Motivator & Mentor: Lead through effective coaching and communication. Conduct regular, energetic meetings, including Monthly Observation Coaching, weekly one-on-one sessions, and weekly sales meetings to inform, train, and inspire.


• Member Champion: Ensure every member's request and question is resolved promptly and cheerfully.


• Growth Driver: Proactively promote branch business development, grow our member base, and ensure adherence to our exceptional service quality standards. Handle those unusual or difficult member situations like a pro!


• HR Liaison: Work with HR to resolve serious personnel issues that need escalation.


• All-Around Contributor: Be ready to fill in and perform duties in other branch positions as needed—flexibility is key!

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)

• A Bachelor’s Degree (required—the foundation of greatness!)


• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution, including at least two years of supervisory experience.


• A proven track record in Sales Experience (you love achieving goals!)

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills—people listen when you talk!


• Organization guru—you keep it together and well organized.


• Laser-sharp attention to detail.


• Comfortable operating related computer applications and basic business equipment.


• Good marketing skills—you know how to get the word out!


• Ability to maintain a smooth and efficient work flow.
