The Mission

As our Network Manager, you are the architect and the guardian. You’ll lead the charge in designing, securing, and optimizing the vital LAN/WAN systems that keep our members connected. From high-level strategic planning to the satisfaction of a clean cable run, you’ll own the environment.

What You’ll Do (The Highlights)

• Lead the Squad: Supervise and mentor our network staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

• Architect & Innovate: Design and maintain the entire LAN/WAN ecosystem—switches, routers, firewalls, and beyond.

• Cloud & Virtualization: Take the reins of our VMware, SAN, Google Workspace, and GCP administration.

• Security First: Implement Zero Trust, NAC, and IDS/IPS to keep our data locked down and our members safe.

• New Frontiers: Lead IT initiatives for new branch builds, from the first strand of copper to the final hardware install.

• Strategic Growth: Manage vendor relationships and budgets to ensure we stay on the cutting edge of fintech.

Are You the One?

We’re looking for a motivated pro who lives for uptime and loves a challenge.

Your Toolkit:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field.

• Experience: At least 3 years of heavy-hitting IT experience.

• Tech Specs: Deep knowledge of LAN/WAN, VMware, Windows/Linux servers, and Active Directory.

• Certifications: CCNP or Network are big pluses.
