Job Description:

The role involves managing, coaching, and developing direct reports to achieve performance goals, while ensuring smooth workflow across projects by coordinating with Superintendents on manpower levels and work schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include hiring craft/trade workers, reviewing job cost, safety, production, and quality to meet project objectives, and conducting site inspections to resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
• The position also oversees safety, LEAN process implementation, technical training, procurement, and inventory management.
• The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience, preferably as a General Superintendent, with a background in Multifamily projects and a degree in Construction Management.
• Strong planning, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, along with a good understanding of quality standards and safety regulations, are essential.
