What you will do:
The Production Specialist is a broadly defined position with responsibilities varying based on skills and competencies. A Production Specialist Team Member works in a fast-paced environment at workstations with required cycle times. Team Members work in a culture that thrives on a commitment to quality, improvement and Lean manufacturing principles — both on and off the production line.
What you need to have:
· Prefer (not a must) previous work experience in construction, manufacturing or production
· Comfortable using hand or power tools
· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
General information:
· Starting Salary: $23.92 - $30.16 DOE
· Step Grid: Increase every 6 months for the first 5 years,* then annually
· Shift Times: Mon – Thurs: 5 am – 3:30 pm or 5:30 am – 4:00 pm
· Potential Overtime: up to 2 hours after shift or 10 hours on Fridays
· Onsite Food Trucks: All meals are $8 (refrigerators and microwaves also available on-site)
*5 years of increases may differ depending on starting salary
