We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in Flandreau, South Dakota.
Assignment Details
- Specialty: RN – Long-Term Care (LTC)

- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 4x12 Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 Hours/Week
Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,600 (for 48hr/week)
- Blended Hourly Rate: $53.00
- (Taxable Base Rate: $18.00/hr Non-Taxable Stipend: $35.00/hr)
- Weekly Taxable Pay: $720
- Weekly Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,400
- Overtime Rate: $60.00/hr
- Estimated Weekly Overtime Earnings (8 Hours): $480
Requirements
- Active RN License (South Dakota or Compact License)
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience preferred
- Strong patient assessment and medication administration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must meet all facility compliance requirements before start
