Cath Lab Technologist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Texas City, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and experience working in Interventional Radiology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex catheterization procedures with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment plans, and procedure outcomes.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and angiography systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field.
- Current certification as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CVIS) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
