Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Pay Rate: $48/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers high-quality, compassionate care to patients in emergency situations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Department
- Rapidly assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Respond efficiently to emergency and trauma situations
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN license (or compact license)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- PALS preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of ER experience
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Assignment Details:
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours/week (3x12s)
- Night shift #R2
Pay: $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
