Job Summary
As a Quality Auditor, you'll be our eyes and ears across all 7 branches -- visiting locations, observing live classes, walking facilities, and engaging with parents in real time. You'll catch gaps before they become complaints, coach coaches on the spot, and give Branch Managers the ground-level visibility that reports alone can't provide.
This is a roving, part-time role that requires reliable travel across central New Jersey during peak class hours.

Responsibilities
Class Auditing
- Observe live sessions and verify coaches are teaching to Genie Academy's SOP
- Assess student engagement, lesson delivery, and classroom management
- Debrief coaches directly after each observation with specific, actionable feedback
- Document gaps and follow-up action items for Branch Manager review
- Walk non-teaching checklists covering cleanliness, signage, supplies, and safety
- Flag anything off-standard and escalate as needed
- Engage families in waiting areas to capture real-time feedback
- Identify and surface concerns before they escalate into complaints
Required:
- Background in education, training, or operations
- Comfortable delivering direct, constructive feedback face-to-face
- Strong observational skills -- you notice what others miss
- Reliable transportation to travel across central NJ locations
- Available weekday afternoons and/or weekends (peak class hours)
- Prior experience in QA, instructional coaching, or multi-site/franchise operations
- Familiarity with education SOPs or structured classroom observation frameworks
