Job Description
- Performs dishwashing responsibilities, which require that silverware, dishware, pots and pans, etc., be cleaned to sanitation requirements and to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintains the dish machines and dishwashing area within sanitation guidelines.
- Reports needed repairs to the Manager.
- Assists with basic food preparation when needed.
- Assists with food deliveries as directed by the supervisor and cleans and maintains coolers.
- Seeks to develop capabilities in the area of basic food preparation.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
- A self-starter.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform high quality work.
