Our Springfield, MO facility performs manufacturing operations for biological storage units. The Welder performs a wide variety of welding operations in the creation and development of items in assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. They determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in such actions and make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. What You Will Do: Ensures that all welds meet quality assurance standards Determines appropriate welds per specifications Efficiently and effectively manages time and resources. Various other duties as necessary What You Will Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent Welding School Degree/Certificate highly preferred Previous TIG Welding Experience Position Requirements: The ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. United States Base Compensation: $16.50 - $20.00 The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure.
