I’m working with a growing, entrepreneurial company in the Chicago suburbs looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner closely with senior leadership and help drive business decisions through financial analysis and insight.
This is a high-visibility role with responsibility for:
• Budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling
• Variance and scenario analysis
• Executive & Board reporting
• Cash forecasting
• Process and system improvements
• Strategic financial analysis and decision support
What they want:
BS degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA/CPA, 5 years of FP&A/finance experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities
The opportunity:
Up to $155K base 15% bonus
1 day WFH
