Key Responsibilities
· Rooming patients efficiently and courteously
· Taking accurate vital signs and recording patient information
· Assisting the doctor with a variety of tasks, including ordering labs and routine tests
· Performing EKGs and administering injections as directed
· Ensuring exam rooms are clean, organized, and ready for each patient
· Assisting other Medical Assistants as needed to maintain smooth clinic operations
Qualifications
· Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
· Knowledge of routine medical procedures and terminology
· Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
