About Us
Geneva Discount Furniture is a small, family-owned furniture store in Crystal, MN. We serve our community with quality furniture at great prices, in-store, online, and with local delivery. As a family business, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock in.
What You'll Do
- Help customers on the showroom floor and close sales
- Handle customer questions and concerns with patience and professionalism, including difficult situations
- Unload incoming truck shipments and move inventory around the store and warehouse
- Help customers load pickups
- Make occasional local deliveries
- Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and looking its best

What We're Looking For

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to regularly lift and carry 50 lbs, and to move heavier items with a partner
- Able to stand and be on your feet for long periods
Preferred
- High School Diploma/GED and/or some college coursework
- Experience in furniture sales or retail
- Interest in technology, automation, or AI
- Able to speak Spanish at a proficient conversational level
Pay & Schedule
- $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
- Flexible hours: full-time available, and you can work as many hours as you'd like
- Potential to move to a salaried position
