Under general supervision, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for answering employee inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and resolving service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Pay Rate: 29$/hour on W2
- Work Type: Remote
- Location: Houston, TX 77002
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST
- Duration: 4-month contract (with possible extension and/or conversion)
Under general supervision, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for answering employee inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and resolving service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, assign, and update customer tickets on a daily basis
- Communicate with customers regarding service issues and coordinate with internal departments for resolution
- Utilize company systems and tools to manage tasks such as benefit changes, ticket requests, and customer inquiries
- Apply effective listening and communication skills to identify customer needs and issues
- Provide consistent customer service support and handle service-related concerns
- Use telephony systems effectively
- Perform basic computer tasks, including navigating online resources
- Work evening hours as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Required: High school diploma or GED; 0-4 years of relevant experience
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED with additional or specialized training; 0-4 years of experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
