Field Training Specialist- Paid Training Provided!

Genesys Recruiting is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Training Specialists. This unique role combines hands-on learning, travel, and professional development to help organizations identify and respond to evolving environments, navigate challenges, and improve their decision-making.  Previous professional training or teaching experience is not required. What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on, scenario-based, customer-focused training exercises designed to develop information processing, stress management, and rapid decision-making.
• Learn new systems, tools and training methods through structured mentorship.
• Collaborate with your team to rehearse, improve, and develop training capabilities.
• Build and execute project plans to support specific customer needs.
• Travel to customer locations and provide training for an average of 6-16 days at a time.
• Represent the company professionally while working in indoor and outdoor environments.

Role Requirements:

• Location: Must be able to commute daily to Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ, with daily access to a reliable personal vehicle covered by comprehensive insurance. 
• Driving: Candidates will need a valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Travel: Must be able to travel for an average of 6-16 days at a time, up to 30-35% of the year.
• Physical Abilities: Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the day; able to walk up to 6 miles per day, climb stairs/hills, carry light loads, work outdoors in all weather and safely operate a vehicle in all weather and lighting conditions.
• Communication: Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in English, including through headphones or a headset.
• Education & Background: Minimum of high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred).  Ability to pass a background check and meet the requirements of a drug-free workplace.
• Technology: Basic computer skills such as word processing, spreadsheets, basic internet research.
