What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Account Executive position at GENESYS Consulting Services, Inc.?
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 7-10 yrs experience in RCM / EHR software and services sales. - Proven track record of success in B2B software and service sales with a focus on achieving quota and booking targets and expanding new markets.
- Experience in the behavioral health/mental health industry and/or related sectors such as ABA, IDD, Home Health, Adult Daycare. - Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement processes and regulatory requirements preferred. Commercial reimbursement knowledge a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Skilled in remote customer engagement. Ie. Ability to run a virtual client meeting. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory or market segment.
