Starting Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Genest Concrete Works is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our concrete manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a specialized trade in the concrete products industry while working in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
- Work on the production line manufacturing concrete products
- Shovel materials and keep work areas clean and organized
- Operate hand tools and equipment used to clean mixers and production machinery
- Assist with general plant operations and daily production activities
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Support team members to keep production running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Comfortable lifting, bending, standing, and working throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Manufacturing or construction experience is helpful but not required
What This Job Is Not
