Role Description The Key Account Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for owning and growing relationships with strategic customers. This role includes managing key accounts, understanding client operations and automation needs, and presenting GenesisOS Labs solutions that drive measurable outcomes. The Key Account Sales Manager will lead the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, from discovery and demo through proposals, negotiation, and ongoing account expansion. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with product and support teams, preparing account plans, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring consistent, responsive communication with stakeholders. The role also includes identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, gathering customer feedback to inform product improvements, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Key Accounts to drive growth and manage strategic relationships.
- Experience in Account Management and Customer Service to ensure retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident customer-facing interaction.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet revenue targets.
- Background in B2B software, automation, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with CRM tools, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
