Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Business Development Account Executive, based in Northbrook, IL. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing relationships with both new and existing clients. Daily activities include driving sales growth by meeting or exceeding performance targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop custom solutions to meet client needs.

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Relationship Building with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service and maintain client satisfaction
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a professional setting
  • Experience in the managed services or document management industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
