- Strong expertise in Java microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven design.
- Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes container platforms.
- Familiarity with Power BI or equivalent visualization tools.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Archer, SharePoint integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and mentor developers.
- Define solution architecture using Java Spring Boot, APIs, and OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Design processors, rules framework, and auditing mechanisms for metric automation.
- Lead integration with ServiceNow, Archer, SharePoint, TDW/Dataverse, and custom collectors where required.
- Deliver user-facing Power BI dashboards with drill-down and real-time/near real-time updates.
- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Evaluate requests for solution architecture services that have been submitted to have starting requirements and
- stakeholders identified.
- Ensure that business outcomes / problem statement / requirements / use cases are adequately documented by
- requestor / Business System Analyst (BSA) / product owner
