Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer for a Hybrid position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 24 month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $54.00 - 56.00 per hour, W2.
This role requires a senior-level QA Engineer with strong test automation experience, specifically with Tosca. The successful candidate will operate independently as the sole QA resource on a scrum team, responsible for both functional and automation testing to support delivery. This position involves planning work effort, creating and executing test plans, and providing go/no-go recommendations.

- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with test automation experience using Tosca
- Ability to operate independently and handle delivery with minimum guidance as the sole QA resource on a scrum team
- Strong understanding of QA&E processing
- Ability to be innovative in testing approach during challenging timelines
- Must be located in the Twin Cities area for on-site work as needed
