SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Genesis10 is currently seeking an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) for a 6-month contract role with our healthcare clients in Eden Prairie, MN.

This role is 100% remote.

Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour (W2), depending on skill and experience level.

Job Description:
Our healthcare client is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable test automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
  
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  
• Build and execute automated test suites to ensure code quality and system reliability
  
• Identify, log, troubleshoot, and validate defects throughout the development lifecycle
  
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to the improvement of automation best practices
  
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and attend associated ceremonies
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
  
• Solid understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams
  
• Excellent communication skills
