Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a 12-month contract role with our utilities client in Minneapolis, MN. This role will be hybrid 2-3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates may sit in Denver or Minneapolis. This role will start in February 2026.
Compensation: $70-75 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for one or more agile teams.
- Coach team members on Agile values, principles, and practices to promote self-organization and accountability.
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and trust among team members and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
- Track and communicate team metrics to drive continuous improvement in velocity and quality.
- Promote a culture of learning and adaptability, encouraging team experimentation and innovation.
- Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
- Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
