Genesis10 is seeking a Salesforce Architect for a hybrid 3-month contract to hire position with a leading client in Columbus, OH. This position can be located in Columbus, OH or Minnetonka, MN.
Compensation: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour, W2.

The Senior Architect will work under the guidance of a Chief Architect and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal and external partners, providing technical leadership to the Salesforce COE Service Delivery leaders, Technical Delivery teams, and peer Architects across the enterprise.

Description:
The Senior Architect will work under the guidance of a Chief Architect and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal and external partners, providing technical leadership to the Salesforce COE Service Delivery leaders, Technical Delivery teams, and peer Architects across the enterprise.
Job Duties:
- Provide leadership in architecture and design for solution implementation by defining technical vision and direction, including complex efforts within the Salesforce ecosystem and/or integrations with external systems
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the platform architectural target state and direction, including interim states as needed
- Communicate and govern architectural trends and best practices within the application domain through:
- Design reviews
- Serving as a voting member of the COE's Architecture Review Board
- Conduct product and solution evaluations, including Salesforce capabilities and third-party vendor offerings, by creating prototypes and proofs of concept to clarify and design toward business goals
- Design, document, and develop development patterns and best practices for use by the COE technical delivery organization
- Mentor technical delivery staff
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 years of experience architecting enterprise Salesforce implementations involving multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales/Service, Financial Services, Marketing, and MuleSoft
- 7 years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience developing enterprise-level applications, including a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce.com full-stack development experience
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Salesforce data model knowledge across various clouds/products and strong data modeling experience
- Experienced strategic thinker with a big-picture vision of current and future state
- Comfortable leading governance conversations at both the executive and design levels to ensure the Salesforce platform meets business requirements while sustaining growth and scalability
- Salesforce certifications such as, but not limited to: Administrator, Platform Developer I and II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Application Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience highly preferred
- Salesforce Data Cloud experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets or enterprise equivalents, or Sharing and Visibility Architect certification
