Responsibilities:
- Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Monitor project progress and manage risks effectively
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget
- Oversee large-scale banking programs, including digital banking initiatives and compliance projects
- Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals and regulatory standards
- Manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively
- Coordinate with IT, operations, and business units to deliver seamless program execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program management or project management
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in Tableau and building dashboards
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Visio)
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present project updates to stakeholders and executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines
- Good understanding of Agile processes and methodology
- Quick Learner, adaptable and process-oriented
- Team player with ability to work effectively independently
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of excel macro
- Working Knowledge of Kanban/Confluence/JIRA Dashboard
