Compensation: $35.00 per hour (w2)

Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and adjustments in servicing systems. Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Respond to inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues.
- Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors.
- Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting.
- Assist with system upgrades, policy updates, and process improvements related to loan servicing.
- Experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services.
- Familiarity with loan servicing systems and documentation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan servicing and consumer finance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
