Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first-line responder for technical end-user related issues
- Focus on a first-call resolution model to resolve customer issues during the initial interaction
- Provide excellent customer service
- Escalate issues to tier 2 support and other teams as needed
- Contribute to the IT Service Desk Knowledgebase
- 1-2 years of experience with IT support
- Experience with Windows 10/11
- Experience with M365/Office Applications
- Experience with desktop applications (Intune, Adobe)
- Hardware support experience for enterprise devices (Laptops, Printers)
- Must be a self-starter and able to work without immediate support from a team at times
