Data Visualization Consultant - 100% Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a mid-level Data Visualization Consultant for a 9 month contract position on a 100% remote basis.

Pay range: $35.00 -40.00 an hour W2

Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, analyze or produce reports of varied claims data to assess our client's products and/or programs
• Utilize analytics to explore data, identify trends, and draw insights from multi-faceted and high dimensional data
• Assist stakeholders in achieving objectives through the development of prototype and production-supported metrics and dashboard visualizations
• Act as a business intelligence subject matter expert by training and supporting clients and team members in the creation of visualizations, along with the use and interpretation of data
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements and develop/document solution design
• Document methods and specifications in order to support self-sufficiency of end user
• Conduct maintenance and fine-tuning of dashboard design; support the business in the identification and mitigation of data issues
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
• 2-4 years of experience with Tableau
• Experience with data visualization, BigQuery Google Cloud, and SQL
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic or Java
• Ability to work independently
  
  

Desired skills:

• Clinical/PBM experience
• MBA or other related advanced degree
