Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Analyst Financials with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze project budgets, tracking spending against planned costs, identifying areas of overspending and potential cost-saving opportunities
- Analyze team capacity and resource utilization to identify bottlenecks, optimize project staffing, and manage workload distribution
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technical development, such as development velocity, bug resolution rates, and code quality, linking them to financial implications
- Create financial models to predict future project costs, based on historical data and current trends, aiding in budgeting and planning
- Present complex financial data through clear and actionable dashboards and reports to technical teams, enabling easy interpretation and decision-making
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and alignment with overall company financial goals
