Responsibilities:
- BVI/Demand gathering - initial efforts to be focused on existing data and will expand to AITs for creation
- Assist Global Markets Production Support Capacity owners in bringing in new AITs
- Assist with multiple applications onboarding and have a specific set of deliverables around Performance and Capacity
- Risk and Regulatory Management, Information Security Generalist Skills, Information Security Management
- Review technical application documentation in an effort to identify potential capacity impacts alongside Markets Production Support owners
- Work with Production Support owners to collectively assist in providing forecasts and models for performance and capacity of impacted components
- Once performance testing is underway, review saturation test results and artifacts (e.g., AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat, application logs and Performance Center results) to measure and interpret capacity thresholds/limits
- Provide support and consulting to the Production Support owners for the application(s) in question
