Genesis10 is currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in West Des Moines, IA. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex administrative and business support tasks. The position involves supporting business execution, seeking process improvements, and interacting with client personnel on a range of information.

Responsibilities:

• Support Business Execution and proactively seek ways to improve processes
• Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
• Interact with client personnel on a range of information

Requirements:

• 2 years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
