Pay Range: $49.00-54.00 per hour, W2

Responsibilities:
- Provide deep expertise in at least one business area or domain with a broad understanding of surrounding business and domains
- Independently assess and document current state across multiple processes, business areas, and domains
- Think strategically in understanding business drivers to define "target state" solutions
- Lead requirement gathering for larger efforts and across multiple business domains
- Author user stories and/or features independently with medium to high complexity
- Support solution delivery by coordinating and facilitating business test planning and execution
- Use advanced project management skills to lead, complete and advance work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of prior experience demonstrating business analysis
- Deep familiarity of agile & scrum development environments
- Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
