The Agile Analyst will work with IT, Business, and technology partners to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. This role combines business and technology skills, serving as a servant leader and facilitator between business and IT to understand needs and ensure project success through the entire lifecycle. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

The Agile Analyst will work with IT, Business, and technology partners to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing of requirements and business processes
- Partner with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and IT interfacing groups
- Serve as a facilitator between Business and development partners to understand needs
- Guide the team to be self-organized, remove impediments, and resolve issues
- Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency
- Lead other IT project work based on changing project demands
Requirements:
- Experience working on multiple projects at the same time
- Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
- Working experience in agile tools like JIRA is preferable
- Good time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
- Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to assess the scrum maturity of the team and organization
- Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies/techniques
- Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Desired skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year experience in a related field
