What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dx Service Coordinator- Clarksburg position at Genesis Youth Crisis Center?
Be Part of the admissions team committee
Schedule and conduct child Interviews with corresponding assessments.
Conduct Assessment of the child and their knowledge about the diagnostic process and facilitation of the child interview and assessment process.
Confidential maintenance of the child’s case record, including case notes documenting on-going meetings, communication with MDT members, school personnel including dates, issues discussed, and outcomes.
The Child should be supported and monitored through face-to-face contact.
Min. Req.: At least 21 years of age, pass criminal background check, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and have a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service Field like social work, sociology, criminal justice, counseling, psychology, and a valid WV Driver’s License. You also must pass First Aid/CPR and TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) training that we provide.
