Genesis Turfgrass, Inc. is searching for Warehouse Associate at its Glen Rock, PA location. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations. The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring timely, accurate, and seamless operations which keep our business moving forward. Genesis Turfgrass is a turf and ornamental distributor in southern Pennsylvania. Whatever it takes. That's the Genesis Approach. Warehouse Associate duties include but are not limited to:·
Receiving and processing incoming shipments· Order fulfillment· Inventory management· Equipment operation- forklift· Facility maintenance- keeping the warehouse clean, organized and free of safety hazards· Compliance and safety
Required qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Organizational skills
· Ability to work in a physical demanding environment
· Reliable transportation to and from work
· Willingness to work flexible hours, if needed
Preferred qualifications:
· Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
· Prior forklift certification preferred, but not required
· Proven ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
· Ability to work under pressure
· Comfortable with repetitive tasks
