Genesis Technical is looking for a motivated and skilled Laboratory Technician to join an excellent team, working on a rotational shift basis. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including early morning and late evening hours, to ensure the seamless operation of our laboratory facilities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols and procedures.Prepare and analyze samples, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, performing regular checks and calibrations.Document all laboratory processes, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory standards.Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory processes.Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking laboratory supplies.Participate in training anddevelopment opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications:A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.Previous laboratory experience is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.Company DescriptionDynamic nationwide Engineering firm with incredible team culture and long term growth opportunities!
