Delivery Technician - Winchester, KY
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, setup, and maintenance of medical equipment in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be comfortable with heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and set up medical equipment at healthcare facilities and patients' homes.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding equipment use.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during transportation and handling of medical devices.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve service delivery.
- On call schedule rotation once you are hired and trained. (Compensation for on call provided and pay rate of Time and half for hours worked past 40-hour work week.)
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading medical equipment.
- Experience as a courier or in logistics can be beneficial for this role.
