About the Role
We are currently hiring full-time Child Care Teachers who are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact during their early developmental years.
Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, this is a great opportunity to build a career in early childhood education — we are willing to train the right candidate, and certification coursework can be completed while working.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
- Guide children through developmental milestones using play-based learning
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom
- Follow all licensing and safety regulations
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, patient, and positive attitude
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous child care or early education experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Early Childhood Education coursework or certifications
