Job description:
Genesis Recovery & Wellness is seeking a motivated and compassionate licensed clinician to serve as Clinical Supervisor / Clinical Director at our Lima location. This role focuses on reviewing clinical documentation and overseeing the clinical department, supporting quality care for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders.
Responsibilities:
Review clinical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational, state, and accrediting standards
Oversee the clinical department at the Lima location
Provide clinical supervision to staff when needed, if you hold the highest license at the location
Requirements:
Active Ohio license as an LISW, LPCC, LPCC-S, or LICDC (required)
Supervisory licensure is not required. Candidates who hold a supervisory license may be asked to provide clinical supervision if they are the highest-licensed clinician at the location.
Preferred:
Ohio peer support supervisor endorsement, or completion of Ohio's required training for supervising peer supporters

Genesis Recovery & Wellness provides outpatient addiction treatment in Ohio, including intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, dual diagnosis, and medication-assisted treatment programs, along with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma, family, and group therapy.
