Here’s what we are looking for in future team members:
- Experience operating Thermoforming machines, presses, routers, CNC, laminators, forklift and other industrial equipment
- Good record of attendance at previous jobs
- Past experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus
- Ability to accurately use tape measures and calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
- Ability to lift, up to, 50lb
- Ability to commute to Fort Wayne, Indiana
