Here’s what we are looking for in future Operator team members::

Experience operating Hotmelts or Vorwoods

Confirming placement of material on the machine

Moving material manually or using an automatic feeding mechanism

Monitoring machine operation, and modifying control mechanisms to secure uniformity with specified tolerances

Good record of attendance at previous jobs

Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
