Nurse Practitioner
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Location: Fairfax, VA | Salary: $150,000–$200,000/year | Schedule: Flexible, 2-4 days per week, no weekends
Genesis Physiatry Consultants (GPC), a Nurse Practitioner-owned practice, is seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner to provide autonomous care in a skilled nursing facility. Lead PM&R and pain management programs, collaborate with therapy and nursing staff, and drive initiatives to improve patient outcomes, reduce falls, and decrease hospitalizations.

Qualifications:
- Virginia NP License (autonomous practice preferred)
- Virginia DEA License
