Responsibilities
- Prep new and used vehicles for delivery to customers, ensuring a pristine, customer-ready appearance
- Respond promptly to requests from cashiers or other team members as needed
- Drive vehicles in a careful and conscientious manner
- Cataloging, organizing, and securely storing vehicle keys
- Keep the vehicle lot neat and orderly; arrange vehicles as directed by management and in line with dealership display standards
- Maintain cleanliness in parking areas and dealership grounds
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles as needed, including the trunk, glove compartments, tires, and windows
- Ensure that all vehicles display the correct stickers and tags
- Safely operate all necessary tools and equipment for the role
- During winter, assist in clearing doorways and pathways of snow and ice to ensure customer safety, clean off vehicles, and plow and salt lots
- Conduct a walk-through of the lot upon closing to confirm all vehicles are locked and secure
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook
- Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
