Genesis Medicus® LLC is a growing medical education company supporting medical schools,
students, and resident physicians nationwide. We are seeking a highly organized, detailed driven Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership at our corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. This role is ideal for a hands on professional who thrives in a fast paced, high standards environment and enjoys being a trusted partner with the senior operations team.
This is a full time in office position offering stability, visibility and the opportunity to grow with a mission- driven organization in one of South Florida’s most desirable business districts.
Key responsibilities:
•Support the CEO with a heavy travel schedule, domestic as well as international
•Filter Communications
•Manage projects and deadlines
•Oversee calendar across time zones and ensure the CEO is prepped for the day as well as looking ahead to the week
•Tracks action items, conducts research, and compiles reports to ensure deadlines are met
•Manages logistics for meetings and assists with minutes
•Serves as a liaison between the team by handling highly sensitive information with complete confidentiality
•Assists with all editing of drafts, proofreads memos, presentation assistance and coordination
•Serves as a back up support to HR for ADP payroll and to Finance Quickbooks
•Maintains all licensure renewals and prepares books with tickler files for deadlines, payments and receipts
Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree or at least five year minimum as a Executive Assistant
•Highly organized and able to multi task multiple projects
•Proficient in Microsoft office suite programs, Adobe Programs, DocuSign
Comfortable working in a fast paced , in office environment and all medical schools and residency academic clinical sites.
Salary Range $75-95,000 commensurate with experience
