We are seeking Lateral Family / Criminal Law Attorneys of All Experience Levels to join our team across the Phoenix Metro area and throughout Arizona: Gilbert, Scottsdale, Glendale, Lake Havasu, and Show Low (Hybrid work options available). Role Description
This full-time, hybrid role is primarily based in Gilbert, AZ. As a Lateral Attorney, you will:
- Manage cases from intake to resolution, including court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings, and filings
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiations
- Advise and counsel clients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Collaborate with a supportive team while managing your own caseload
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Strong expertise in Family Law
- 2 years of experience handling family law matters
- Experience preparing motions, conducting depositions, and litigating in family court
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong courtroom presence and client communication abilities
- Outstanding organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Active Arizona State Bar license
- Board Certification in Family Law is a plus, but not required.
