Position: Landscape Maintenance Laborer
Location: El Mirage, AZ
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: Competitive, $17 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, pruning, and weeding
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are met
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
Requirements:
- Experience in landscape maintenance (crew leadership experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be dependable and team-oriented
