We're seeking a special Scheduler/Dispatcher to join our team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things organized while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be the heartbeat of our operations, handling phone calls, scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and more. Requirements:
- Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service (2 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Proficiency with scheduling software or CRM systems (experience with ServiceTitan a plus)
- Ability to handle invoicing and basic administrative tasks
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with HVAC industry a plus, but not required
